Driving engagement through social media has been key in fostering student engagement during the transition to a virtual-learning school year.
As assistant coach for the Eastmont Cheer program, my role is to create engaging designs that reflect current trends and connect with our audience. Fostering online engagement between students has helped create a positive online expereince. Our page serves as a community space where all Eastmont students, staff, and alumni can engage and interact. We most recently launched an on-going campaign where EHS Cheer Alumni can share their memories and inspire students.
Designing content for Eastmont Cheer includes: taking photos and updating social media page during events, ideating and planning campaigns, creating template designs for Instagram stories and feed posts, creating custom illustrations and all outreach efforts to gather new content to share on the page.
